About
Welcome to Station W Cafe - Angus, a delightful coffee haven nestled in the vibrant district of Montreal at 124-2600 Rue William-Tremblay. This charming café serves as a sanctuary for coffee lovers and brunch enthusiasts alike, boasting an inviting atmosphere characterized by tall ceilings, lush indoor plants, and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light.
The moment you step inside, you’ll notice the café's vibrant ambiance buzzing with life, especially on sunny days when patrons flock to the outdoor seating facing the park. It's not just about the stunning environment; the heart of Station W lies in its artisan offerings. The menu features handcrafted drinks that are anything but ordinary.
One standout item is the salted caramel latte, crafted with their very own caramel sauce, striking just the right balance between sweetness and authenticity. Joy Chien raved about this drink, noting its authentic flavor profile, particularly in comparison to the sweeter beverages found at larger chains like Starbucks. The commitment to quality extends beyond beverages; their food menu is equally impressive. Hiram Di Lorenzo couldn’t help but praise the food for its deliciousness, pairing the enticing flavors with what he described as friendly and quick service.
Another highlight you should not miss is the iced matcha latte, as noted by Bella, who appreciated its true matcha taste devoid of excessive sweetness. The gravlax sandwich is also worth trying—a dish that feels fresh and flavorful, though Bella speculated about its authenticity. For those with a sweet tooth, Eliza Veta recommends their delightful brownies and cheese buns, all complemented perfectly by their excellent coffee and London Fog.
The staff at Station W are not only friendly but genuinely passionate about coffee and food, enhancing the overall experience. Whether you are looking for a cozy spot to work, unwind, or enjoy a delicious meal, Station W Cafe - Angus is a must-visit destination. Come indulge in their vibrant culinary offerings and enjoy the scenic views—a true feast for the senses in the heart of Montreal.
“ Delicious latté. Huge place wih high ceilings. Various dishes to choose from and a little brunch menu for weekends. Some tables are a "no laptop" zones 10am-3pm which is awesome !!! ”
“ Iced matcha latte is really really good! Taste like a real one, not the sugary type. I took the gravlax sandwich too, not sure though if it was real gravlax or just smoked salmon because of the sauce and I usually eat gravlax by itself, but it was really good! I'll come back for sure if I'm in the area. ”
“ Loved their salted caramel latte. It's made w their own caramel. It feels very authentic somehow. I don’t think their drink is as sweet as Starbucks, which is a big plus. Love the area - tall ceilings, indoor plants, huge floor to ceiling windows as well as shaded areas, and several outlets for charging. Friendly service too. On a sunny day, this place is buzzing. Has a decent-sized place to sit outdoors facing the windows. ”
“ Excellent cortado and service. Very nice ambience, too. (My photo is after me taking a sip of it :) ”
“ The most delicious brownie! The most delicious cheese bun! Excellent coffee, especially iced latte/matcha. One of the best London Fogs I've tried. I'd also recommend to try their brunch plates. Everything we tried was healthy and beautifully served meals that just make you and your body feel happy. Super friendly staff and a beautiful location right in front of a park. ”
“ Everything was delicious, with friendly and quick service. The place is cool and the food is delicious. I love the lemon cake! The coffee is excellent. ”
“ Had a Dr's appointment nearby and ended up here . Ordered their salted caramel latte - (pretty good one actually); and falafel delight - also good. Cafe was full, so took the outside spot. Summers are likely to be quite crowded even outside but it is in a good spot so you can roam around and munch. ”
